Your purpose:
The Planning Administrator plays a key role in helping us manage our Global PO system. This role plays a major part in helping Naked ensure accurate details are reflected in the system from grape to bottle, as well as stay on top of supplier invoicing.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for upholding company mission, vision and values
- Manage the Global PO and product system ensuring all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage recurring winemaker POs
- Set up new suppliers and provide them with onboarding information
- Post contracts for signature and track signing progress
- Process invoices from suppliers and check they match the PO system
- Participate in weekly planning and bottling meetings
- Compare actual volume versus planned volume in PO system
- Track and assist in bulk wine sales
- General nakedwines.com PO system support from planning and procurement team
- Additional Responsibilities- Undertake any other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of our wine brand.

Requirements
- Associate degree in related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant required. Equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bookkeeping or financial admin experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have the ability to connect to the internet- We do not have an allowance for this
- Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify. An employer-sponsored work visa is not currently available for this role
Benefits
- $24.04-$28.85 per hour depending on experience
