Pay:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential wholesale properties through various channels
• Evaluate and analyze the investment potential of properties
• Conduct negotiations and secure contracts for potential purchases
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful property acquisitions
• Maintain relationships with wholesalers, investors, and industry professionals
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and investment strategies
