TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites and applications.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with emerging web development technologies and frameworks.
- Implement web performance optimization techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Manage version control systems and participate in code reviews to ensure quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
