VOE Processor

The VOE Processor provides clerical support to the Underwriting department.

Responsibilities

• Perform verbal verifications of employment

• Support Underwriting department with clerical task
• Order supporting documentation request. examples: soft pulls, SSA and 4506
• Conducting fraud alert verifications
• Conducting adverse action request
• Backup reception

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience required 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work cooperatively & professionally in a fast-paced production environment  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, & communication skills 
• Ability to work well under time constraints & meet deadlines needed.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize & be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment 
• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to changes in assignment & job responsibility in a dynamic environment 
• Strong PC skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel 
• Focus on providing high quality customer service required
