As a Visitor Security Agent, you will be responsible for the well-being, physical safety, and security of a prominent client through armed and/or unarmed executive protection assignments in residential settings. You will deliver close protection and perform other security-related duties while accompanying the client on both domestic and international assignments. Applicants must be comfortable working independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments, responding to threats, and representing Eagle Eye and its clients with utmost pride. Achieving success in this position will demand a high level of drive and the ability to seamlessly adapt to ever-changing security performance modes, locations, teams, and structures. This is a versatile position that requires flexibility and the capacity to adjust to evolving operational requirements as directed by client needs.
This position is located in the Lake Tahoe, CA area.
DUTIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing access control to clients at residential properties;
- Ensuring the overall safety and security of assigned residential properties;
- Monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols;
- Responding to and addressing security incidents and emergencies;
- Interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner;
- Completing accurate and detailed incident reports;
- Conducting inspections of residential properties to identify and mitigate potential security risks;
- Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services;
- Following all company policies and procedures;
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Hours
- M-F 630AM - 230PM
Requirements
- Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit;
- Valid California Guard Card;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.

- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers;
- The employee is required to hear conversations in noisy environments;
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a security officer
- Ability to squat, kneel and crawl as needed;
- Occasional pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting of objects; may be up to 50 lbs and include climbing stairs;
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods;
- Ability to use hands to handle, hold or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with arms, and talk or hear;
- Normal vision is corrected by using glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus;
- May occasionally be required to work outdoors in inclement weather;
- May be required in some positions to have sufficient dexterity, mobility, and physical ability, and stamina to restrain individuals from following established guidelines and sufficient mobility to respond to clients’ needs;
- May experience occasional confrontational situations where “Use of Force” and escalation of force may be required
