  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate with team members and clients

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment
  • Los Angeles-based or willing to work during Pacific Time zone business hours
