Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with global business goals, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on all human resources matters, ensuring a harmonious alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all HR-related processes in line with company growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CEO in organizational strategy, actively participating in the design and execution of plans to enhance operational support and growth.
- Oversee and optimize the employee engagement survey system, including data analysis, trend identification, and the development of action plans in response to feedback.
- Enhance employee relations by building a robust engagement strategy, ensuring open communication channels, and representing employee voices in strategic discussions.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through the implementation of effective performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Guide the leadership development and succession planning processes, ensuring readiness for organizational challenges and future growth.
- Champion the company’s employment branding strategy, emphasizing competitive positioning and attraction of key talents.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions for employee retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years in progressive business and HR leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior HR strategic position.
- Proven experience in both large corporations with established HR practices and smaller, agile firms; familiarity with private equity or family-backed business dynamics is advantageous.
- Significant expertise in guiding talent strategies within manufacturing and distribution sectors, aimed at delivering superior customer experiences.
- Global HR leadership experience, particularly in steering workforce strategies for enhanced organizational performance, would be a distinct advantage.
- A history of leading successful change and transformation initiatives, underpinned by influential communication and relationship-building skills.
- Practical experience in creating and leading talent acquisition strategies, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of accountability and excellence, showcasing robust analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for nurturing effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and an inclination towards a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field. Higher qualifications or specialized training would be a considerable asset.
