At Steri-Tek, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier sterilization services and unparalleled customer satisfaction across industries that impact our communities and the world. We are seeking a two Validation Technicians to join our team at our Fremont, CA facility. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday daytime schedule.
The Validation Technician will be responsible for all key aspects of the validation projects, which determine the course of routine processing. The Validation Technician will also engage and communicate with clients daily regarding incoming/outgoing validation projects; train to certification on pre-processing, processed and post-processing products following SOPs; ensure all incoming projects assigned are received, prepared, entered, processed, and documented for all validation and dose map projects; understand ISO 11137 standards and how e-beam doses and temperatures will affect different materials and customer products; and learn all internal processes and systems, and execute and report on projects timely and effectively.

Requirements
Here’s what our you will bring to the team:
- 1-2 years’ experience in biotech/life science industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Team player mentality - willing to work with others across the business
- Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
- Willingness to undergo training in all processing operations
- Ability to report accidents and errors to the leadership team
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities

The compensation range outlined is based on a talent budgeted base salary. Individual base salary depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skills, interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Steri-Tek offers additional compensation in the form of benefit premiums, 401k matching, and On-Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year.
