Full Job Description
Tutor for all ages but mostly K-12, needing math and English
Pay starting is $17-20 hour raises ever 6 months on good performance.

There are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade. All instruction is tailored to the individual student. Lodi Families are in immediate need of part-time tutors for all subjects.

What we are looking for:
- Classroom experience is a plus, but we have a great training program.
- Plus if you demonstrate an advanced proficiency in math and/or science your pay increases.

Help students of all ages in reading, writing, math,
study skills, exam prep, subject tutoring, etc.
Small teacher-to-student ratio (4:1 or 1:1)
No lesson plans; no homework to grade
Job Responsibilities
- Assess individual students' learning needs and styles to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Provide instruction on specific subjects, adhering to curriculum guidelines and educational best practices.
- If homework help; assign and review homework to reinforce learning concepts and gauge students’ progress. Prepare students for upcoming tests, exams, and assessments.
- Utilize various educational tools and resources we teach you to enhance the learning experience.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic goals and build their confidence in the subject area.
- Identify and address individual student learning challenges and barriers.
- Attend professional development meetings, and educational studies to stay informed about new teaching methods and resources.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
-There are some administrative and marketing roles available with bonuses in these positions but all employees must be able to teach when needed and will be given if want a trial period in these positions and will continue if perform well and like the position.
Requirements
(on-site job in Lodi/ Stockton CA area) (Must have a Bachelor’s Degree!)
