Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 2+ years of experience to join the Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department at a highly regarded law firm in Los Angeles or Orange County. The ideal candidate will have experience in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, including drafting estate planning documents. This role requires a commitment to delivering the highest quality of work and client service.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in trusts and estates, particularly with high-net-worth clients.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in drafting estate planning documents.
• Education: Strong academic credentials; an LL.M. is a plus.
• Licensing: Active admission to the State Bar of California.

Compensation:
The base compensation range for this position is anticipated to be between $205,000 and $225,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
