Torrance - Sales & Delivery Specialist

Base Pay:
$21.00+ DOE

What You'll Do:

You will play a key role in assisting customers with their product needs and ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products. This combined role will have you actively engaging with customers in-store, helping them select the right products for their landscaping projects while also driving and delivering supplies to various job sites and everything in between. Your excellent customer service, sales skills, and reliable delivery services will be integral in maintaining our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks, including lifting to 70 pounds, stooping, and squatting.
• Driving Skills: Ability to operate commercial vehicles (like Isuzu NRR 650) for daily deliveries.
• Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt and respond to diverse customer personalities.
• Multi-Tasking Ability: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Math Proficiency: Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Driver Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no traffic violations.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Bonus Points For:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the outdoor supply industry is a plus!
• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Customer Service Experience: Proven background as a Customer Service Associate or Sales Associate.
