Salary: $140-170K

Pixelogic creates end-to-end marketing content for studios, sports and brands. Our services include strategy, concept, design, production, development and delivery. Everyone works collaboratively across disciplines to provide the most innovative content and immersive experiences.

We currently have an opening for a Theatrical Marketing Producer.  This position is located in Burbank, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, recruit, build and oversee multiple theatrical marketing projects focused on generating strategy and concepts for interactive and linear marketing content applied across a broad spectrum of platforms, devices and formats
  • Supervise and collaborate with global studios, executive teams, creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, animators and post-production teams to execute theatrical marketing ideas from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Generate, update and maintain highly organized supporting documentation, including flow charts, wire frames, etc.
  • Create, track, manage and implement project budgets, schedules and timelines.
  • Research, initiate, track and communicate legal clearances
  • Interface directly with clients and varied client infrastructures and platforms
  • Remain current on industry trends, studio plans and client directives and be able to generate market projections accordingly
  • Help to coordinate shoot locations and crews

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience and skill-set:

  • Strong leadership ability, robust managerial aptitude
  • Deep understanding of post-production, static and motion graphic production workflows
  • Interest in and strong knowledge of theatrical marketing champaigns, web, social media, apps, games
  • Extensive experience and interest in the film & home entertainment industry, brands, sports
  • Problem-solving skills – approaches problems as challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as client service skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Working knowledge of Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Word, Excel
  • Minimum of 6 -8 years of experience working on advanced theatrical marketing projects
  • Experience in video content production and editorial
