Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for all aspects of implementation projects including developing timelines, providing effective status updates, ensuring tasks and activities occur on time, and overseeing multiple projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple project executions, enjoys working with customers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including software engineering, quality, product management, and customer success.
In this role, the TPM will handle organizing and orchestrating the successful completion of technology projects or programs to deliver engineering work or operational improvements within the engineering team or across the portfolio, while keeping focus towards the business value of the completed increments.
The candidate must live in the US and be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time). Successful applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background test. Remote is possible for this role, with a strong preference for West Coast or adjacent time zones to collaborate with the rest of the team in real-time.

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of customer implementations, including upkeep and accuracy of the project status, milestone achievement, roadmap, and outlook
- Create and monitor progress of multi-disciplinary project plans including product, design, engineering, and customer success activities and milestones
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, escalate issues to Trayt teams and/or customer project sponsors, and communicate progress with customers
- Monitor, escalate and assist in clearing project impediments, working with product and engineering team members on solutions or escalation paths
- Manage expectations and communication around release timelines with Trayt internal teams and with customers
- Utilize a measurement framework, create, and deliver accurate reports that show achievement of targeted objectives and outcomes
- Work closely with Trayt internal teams to make processes more efficient and effective
Desired Skills and Expertise
- 3+ years of Project Management within the healthcare technology sector
- Successfully delivered 2+ simultaneous projects across more than one team, preferably on technical/software projects or programs
- Experience in change management methods within a technical environment
- Experience working in an agile methodology, preferably within the scrum framework
- Experience with Atlassian Jira usage and administration is a strong plus
- Experience with EMR/EHR integrations and/or FHIR/HL7
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred
