Full Job Description
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Team Assistant for the Reese’s Book Club Partnerships team. This individual will own day to-day operations and administrative tasks while supporting co-marketing campaigns for the Reese’s Book Club team working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Director on project coordination, campaign management, and partnership execution. As such, we’re looking for an organized roll-up-your-sleeves, self-starter passionate about books with an understanding of the book landscape and interest in learning and growing skills in marketing operations, creative production, talent/influencer relations, and event activation.
Your Day to Day:
- Support the Strategic Partnerships Director by owning day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across Reese’s Book Club co-marketing campaigns
- Manage timelines, handle production logistics, and route/track deliverables through steady communication and coordination with internal and external partners
- Own development and execution for off-channel digital assets (email blasts, quizzes, SMS, and any other non-social assets) across Reese’s Book Club co-marketing campaigns
- Lead research and communication with vendors for production shoots and event activations including location scouting, run of show development, set decoration purchases, and more
- Track campaign assets and deadlines by updating project hubs and monitoring marketing channel performance for data/analytics wrap reports
- Manage talent/influencer materials from coordinating outreach messaging, preparing legal agreements, routing digital content for approvals, submitting invoices, and more
- Research and assist on the development of partnership materials (one-sheets, timelines, pitch decks, wrap reports, and any other project-related documents) designed to show opportunity and drive impact
- Support monthly book pick campaigns with project management duties, content organization, development of off-channel creative assets, and author visit coordination.
- Own brand team administrative tasks including general scheduling assistance, taking meeting notes, invoice and expense submissions, and shipments
Requirements
- Passion for Reese’s Book Club and familiarity with our book selections
- Creative and strategic thinker and problem solver that’s proactive and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and manage a varied, high-volume workload
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to stay on deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Understanding of the digital landscape and interest in learning and growing skills in marketing
