Tax Manager

Our client, a large national law firm, is looking for a Tax Manager with 3+ years exp. to join their team. Office is located downtown San Diego, hybrid role, full time. Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related fields, as well as, have their CPA certification, partnership/individual taxation experience. Experience and responsibilities listed below:

· MS Office (Proficient in Excel and Word)

· SQL

· Law firm experience, partnership structure (MUST)

· Tech savvy

· Processing month-end reporting and review

· Preparing for and managing tax audits

· Monitoring changes in tax legislation

· Staying on top of all relevant federal, state and local tax regulations

Requirements

Must have CPA certification, Bachelors degree, experience with partnerships and individual taxation.
