Tax Manager - CPA Firm

Hire Resolve's client , a reputable and growing CPA Firm, is seeking a talented Tax Manager to join their team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the tax practice area, delivering high-quality tax services, and enhancing the firm's reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the tax practice area, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive tax services
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients
• Review and analyze complex tax returns, identifying and mitigating tax risks
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates
• Participate in business development activities to expand client base

Requirements

• CPA license is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
