Tax Accountant - CPA Candidate

Hire Resolve's is a respected recruitment agency specializing in finance and accounting placements. Our client, a renowned CPA firm, is looking for a skilled Tax Accountant who is a CPA candidate. As a Tax Accountant, you will play a vital role in preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax advice, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Research and analyze tax regulations and legislation
• Assist with tax planning and strategies
• Communicate with clients to provide tax advice and guidance
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Currently pursuing CPA certification or already a CPA candidate
• 2-4 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a CPA firm
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Salary: $65K/yr - $85K/yr, salary negotiable
