Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify rising stars and established professionals in various genres applicable to our content.
• Attend industry events, showcases, and other networking opportunities to build relationships with potential talent.
• Collaborate with production and creative teams to understand the specific talent needs for upcoming projects.
• Develop and maintain a database of candidates, showcasing their skills, availability, and relevant work.
• Assess the talent's suitability for our brand and projects through interviews, audition evaluations, and reference checks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent, contributing to our talent acquisition strategy.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive approach to talent scouting, celebrating various backgrounds and experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent scouting, recruiting, or a similar role within the media or entertainment industries.

• Strong network and connections within the broadcasting, film, or performing arts sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a variety of talent.
• A creative mindset with an eye for identifying unique talent and innovative concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple scouting projects simultaneously.
