The Information & Technology Services Department is looking for a proactive individual with demonstrated technical skills in a Systems Support Analyst I role. If selected, you will be responsible for supporting computing systems, operations support systems, and network administration functions for Authority computer/enterprise servers and network operating system platforms, including:

• Support PC system performance and data integrity in collaboration with server analysts and network analysts, consulting with end users as needed and maintaining accurate asset inventories.

• Coordinate equipment installation, repair, warranty maintenance, decommissioning, and service contracts, following established processes for acquiring necessary systems, parts, and services.

• Participate in product analysis and selection, prepare reports, track software licensure, and manage multi-function printer units.

• Provide technical support for Authority desktop phone systems, cell phones, and maintain technical documentation.

7. Communication: To proficiently and tactfully exchange and interpret information verbally and in writing, facilitate, persuade and complete presentations.

8. Relationship Management – Cultivates interpersonal rapport and trust, both up and down, by exhibiting consistency and reliability; listens for issues or conflicts and coaches others to relevant and meaningful solutions.

Requirements

· Associate degree or technical training, or a major in computer science, management information systems, or a closely related field;

· One year of progressively responsible experience in help desk management

· Equivalent combination of training and experience. 

 

Preferred Experience & Certificates:

PMP, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, HDIP (Help Desk Institute Professional), Certified Support Professional.

 

The hiring salary for this position is $69,675.

Pay range for this position is $59,552 - $95,282
