  • You have experience… If you are certified out of your mind and can revamp a network blindfolded, then keep reading. If you know your way around fixing mid-level issues and are a quick learner, then keep reading too.
  • You have a good sense of humor. Seriously, no one likes someone who cannot take a joke. Lighten up already, geez.
  • You have thick skin. We can sit here and tell you that working here is all roses and dandelions and that we feed you desserts when times are tough, but the reality is this: IT can be stressful. But, we do feed you desserts occasionally too!


What you will be doing:

  • You can expect to be in the office working on client requests, learning, and collaborating with other techs remotely.
  • At first we will have you working on basic tickets troubleshooting computers, password resets, backup issues, printers (get used to this one), Outlook… you get the picture.
  • When you are ready we will get you involved with more advanced requests like new user setups, server issues, network setups, and even scripting.
  • You will be corresponding with clients via phone, email, and in person in a professional, yet friendly, manner. But don't be stuffy or act like a robot; you are a human being, act like one.

To Apply:

You must have 4-5 years of hands-on IT support experience. We are currently only looking for candidates that have existing IT support experience.

If selected, the interview process will consist of a one-way video interview, and two virtual interviews. The entire process takes 2-3 weeks if you make it all the way through to the last interview.
