The Supply Chain Associate will work under the direction of the Purchasing Manager.
Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our supply chain operations. You will collaborate with our Supply Chain Team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processing, delivery, and inventory management of our ingredients and accessories. Your goal will be to optimize efficiency, minimize delays, and meet customer demands effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
Order and Fulfillment Oversight: Manage the entire order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Supply Chain Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain operations, maintaining smooth workflows.
Product Deployment: Monitor logistics and distribution, ensuring timely availability of products.
Process Improvement: Implement strategies set by the company to enhance scalability and efficiency within the supply chain.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service and materials.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of accessories and ingredients, ensuring accuracy and adequacy.
Customer Support: Participate in customer service efforts, ensuring high standard of satisfaction through prompt response and resolution.
Data and Metrics: Support data management tasks and monitor supply chain performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Special Projects: Contribute to special projects with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations and sales team.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Associate Level
Specific skills: Computer Skill Proficient, Analytical and Process Driven, Google-Suite Proficient, Detailed Oriented, Strong organizational, and communication
Personal characteristics: Organized, Structured, Enthusiastic, Quick Learner, Hands-on, Adaptive and Proactive to support
Physical abilities: Able to Lift 50 lbs without issue
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000
Plus bonus and stock options
