Full Job Description
We are currently seeking committed and passionate Summer Inclusion Leaders to support our students attending the SFUSD Extended School Year program at Lakeshore Elementary School with their integration into our BACR Summer program when their ESY school day ends. The transition between programs will be seamless and you will support the students in their transition and for the duration of the program. Working closely with other BACR staff, you will provide the necessary support for them in the classroom as well as other recreation and enrichment activities.

- Dates: June 13, 2024 - July 12, 2024
- Compensation: $30 per hour
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work Monday – Friday during the summer program from 12:00 – 3:30pm
- Must have an AA degree or higher, 48 + college credits OR pass the SFUSD Instructional Aide Exam
- Must pass a criminal background check and have TB Clearance
- Must be able to communicate openly in a professional manner with students, parents, community partners, and BACR staff.
- Passionate about youth development
- Experience working students in SFUSD SPED program
- Strong classroom management skills
- Must be able to work independently or part of a team
- Actively supervise and ensure student safety at all times
- Model positive and proactive attitudes, behaviors and language
