Subrogation Attorney (Remote)

A national property subrogation has an opening for an attorney (full time position) in its California Regional Office located in Corona, CA location. The ideal candidate will have a background in property subrogation, or complex tort litigation for Plaintiff or defense, with an emphasis in product liability. Knowledge of insurance coverage, mass torts and wildfire litigation is a plus. Competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package offered.

 Responsibilities

• Investigate property losses to determine subrogation potential in CA and other states.

• Interaction with clients and experts.

• Handle all aspects of litigation in state and federal court including filing complaints, motions, discovery, depositions and trial. Qualifications

• Candidates must be licensed to practice in the State of CA and will also be expected to litigate in other jurisdictions through local counsel.

• 5+ years of litigation experience.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Well organized with the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work remotely and with minimum supervision.

The firm is looking for an experienced (minimum 5 years) litigation attorney with a demonstrated stable employment history. The firm specializes in property subrogation, which is a specialized area of law. However, the firm will train the right candidate. Salary: $125k/yr-$175k/yr Bonus: Based on profit sharing but generally is double digit. Position is Fully Remote
