Strata Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strata Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Strata with Workday. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Strata, particularly its financial modules (Strata Jazz), combined with strong project management skills. This role is critical to the successful rollout of all Strata modules across our organization.

Contract Length: 3 Months

Pay Rate: $70 to 80/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of Strata with Workday, ensuring seamless functionality across all modules.
• Oversee the rollout of Strata Jazz financial modules, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project meets all technical and business requirements.
• Provide high-level technical expertise in Strata, addressing any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any potential roadblocks.
• Manage project risks, including identifying issues early and developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Strata, with a strong understanding of its financial modules.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for the entire contract duration, with no pre-planned vacations, due to a Stanford freeze.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Strata Jazz financial modules.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects.
