Responsibilities

  • Manage primarily inbound leads and oversee the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and guide prospects through a trial period to conversion.
  • Understand prospect needs, run technical demos, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Manage a 14-day pilot program, advising technical buyers on effective implementation.

Qualifications

  • Based in North America.
  • 3-5 years of successful SMB or Mid-Market SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the entire sales process and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, and coachability.
  • Bonus: Prior experience selling dev tools or APIs, engaging technical buyers, or working in a startup environment.

  • Expected salary range: $150,000 - $200,000
  • Base and commission split 50/50.
  • Expected equity range: 0.03% - 0.08%.
