Responsibilities
- Manage primarily inbound leads and oversee the full sales cycle.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and guide prospects through a trial period to conversion.
- Understand prospect needs, run technical demos, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Manage a 14-day pilot program, advising technical buyers on effective implementation.
Qualifications
- Based in North America.
- 3-5 years of successful SMB or Mid-Market SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to own the entire sales process and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, and coachability.
- Bonus: Prior experience selling dev tools or APIs, engaging technical buyers, or working in a startup environment.

- Expected salary range: $150,000 - $200,000
- Base and commission split 50/50.
