Full Job Description
Senior Scheduler to support the Construction Organization. The scheduler will work with multiple project stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules as described in the SoCalGas Capital Delivery Model (CDM). The position will be based at the Gas Tower with occasion visits to project site locations as needed.
Monitor project progress against an established baseline; prepare analyses for staff and stakeholders identifying critical paths, near critical paths, milestone impacts, phasing shifts and potential trends.
Evaluate requests for time extensions.
Develop and analyze schedule resources and cost loading.
Time impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities.
Management of claims issues.
This position will require an Analyst Senior (6-8 yrs.) 116-137 hr but we will consider an Analyst Principal (10+ yrs.) 138-155 depending on their experience and rate.
Experience working with natural gas pipeline projects is preferred.
Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis (Risk Register, Risk Identification, Risk Workshop, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Risk Monitoring)
Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis software (Acumen Risk)
