Sr Project Manager - Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC)

The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate with proven experience in working on complex, multi‐phase, multi‐million dollar design and construction projects to provide as-needed, lessons learned facilitation and support services. The candidate must be flexible and able to assist the Program Management Office in the daily tasks of managing the Lessons Learned Program. Assignments to include Lessons Learned workshop preparation, facilitation, and Lessons Learned Registers for database. The Lessons Learned database will provide potential risk areas to focus attention and resources. They key is to focus the discussion of the item on what occurred and the discussion of the area of improvement on how this item could have been mitigated. 

The candidate must also be able to demonstrate a professional demeanor, and have a clear understanding of project cost, schedule, documentation, and risk assessment principles, and able to multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced work environment. 

Important Job Duties: 

• Setup Lesson Learned registers and prepare for Lessons Learned workshops. 
• Facilitate Lessons Learned workshops. 
• Conduct lessons learned analysis, assessment, and mitigation for specific programs and projects, as assigned. 
• Analyzes lessons learned workshop information and reviews information in Lessons Learned register. 
• Produce program/project Lessons Learned spreadsheets for database based on workshops 
• Facilitate workshops
• Guide a project team through the workshop to obtain teachable lessons learned to benefit future project managers and projects
•  May assume other responsibilities as needed within scope of work of on-call contract

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: 

• 5‐7 years of direct project support on active construction projects 
• 5‐7 years working on Lesson Learned activities 

Minimum Education: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, accounting or related field

Registration/Certifications: 

•  PMP or Risk certification a plus

Software Knowledge: 

• Proficiency using MS office suite software – Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Skilled experience in video conference software – e.g., Teams, Zoom 
• Advanced use of Excel knowledge including complex formulas

• Salary Range: $195,000-$200,000
