Job Summary:
iBASE-t is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Kubernetes Administrator to join our team. As a Sr. Kubernetes Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters to support our digital manufacturing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our Kubernetes infrastructure. Your expertise in Kubernetes management and administration will contribute to the success of our products and services.
Essential Functions:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications and microservices architecture.
- Configure and optimize Kubernetes cluster settings for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement security controls and best practices to protect Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and management of applications on Kubernetes.
- Implement and automate deployment pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior Kubernetes administrators.
- Stay updated with emerging Kubernetes technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Kubernetes Administrator or similar role.
- Strong expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, components, and configuration.
- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Bash or Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts in Kubernetes.
- Relevant certifications in Kubernetes administration are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: 130k-150k/ Yearly Bonus
