Impec Group is currently seeking a visionary Sr. Global Real Estate Manager to lead and manage our client’s global real estate portfolio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in real estate and strategic leadership to align our real estate strategy with the company’s business objectives. As a critical member of our team, you will work closely with executives, regional managers, and external partners to drive cost-effective solutions and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a global perspective. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record of managing complex real estate portfolios. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage third-party relationships will be critical to your success in this role.
Pay Range $50-70/hr depending on experience

Primary Function of Position
The Sr. Global Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the global real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing relationships. This role demands a deep understanding of global real estate markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Real Estate Portfolio Management:
o Establish new office sites
o Manage Regus and LiquidSpace office booking accounts
o Renew existing office leases
o Plan workforce needs
o Collaborate with internal Business Units
Lease Negotiation and Documentation:
o Review contracts: RFPs, proposals/LOIs/HOTs, leases/subleases
o Engage and manage 3rd party outside counsel
o Work with internal Legal teams
o Negotiate lease terms with landlords and attorneys
o Coordinate lease documentation and execution
o Notify appropriate internal departments of new transactions
o Collaborate with Procurement team through Workday Strategic Sourcing
Real Estate Portfolio Payment Oversight:
o Review and approve real estate-related invoices
o Prepare monthly rent rolls for US-based offices
o Communicate with landlords and Accounts Payable
o Ensure proper uploading of invoices to Visual Lease
o Organize and file all invoices
o Ensure timely submission of invoices to Accounts Payable
Management of 3rd parties
o Oversee brokers and lease administrators
Requirements
o Experience with lease administration software
o Experience with corporate office lease negotiations
o Experience managing office requirements for high growth tech company
o Familiar with Google suite of software – Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.
