As a Sr. Clinical Product Quality Manager, you will have a crucial role in ensuring that our clinical products meet the highest standards of quality and usability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate clinical and business requirements into comprehensive quality standards and test plans.

To excel in this role, you should possess a nursing or informatics degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting within a hospital, and a solid understanding of healthcare patient administration, clinical systems, and business systems. Additionally, prior leadership experience in a hospital, health system, or vendor organization is a must.

Preferred qualifications include vendor experience in healthcare IT product development and demonstrated involvement in a clinical system implementation. Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $173,000.

CliniComp's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
