We are currently accepting applications for Interns for our our Skilled Trades 2025 Internship Program!!!
The Skilled Trades intern will work side by side our Prefab Technicians and prefab team to perform accurate and details assemblies, per drawings and specs, for various projects.
Success in the position can be achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
- Prefabrication Assembly; meter stacks, light heads on poles, panel/breaker make up, light fixtures, receptacles/devices/outlets, etc.
- Material Use/Work; moving of materials, pipe work, wire stripping, pig tails, work with and around concrete, shop organization, etc.
- Tool Use; supervised use of various hand tools and power tools relative to trade
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in high school, recent graduate, or a higher-education program with a related field of study
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow direction
- Ability to act in a safe environment and adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all areas of business, internal and external customers, etc.
Salary Range:
- $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour
