(SFT/152) Sr. Financial Analyst (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in annual ERP system roadmaps, perform formal and informal reviews of existing systems and ensure changes/updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner
The role will primarily focus on the projects, Major enhancements  in Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, Asset Management, GL, Bank Transactions etc.
Coordinating and liaison with the other cross functional Workstreams (SCM, QTC, HR, Procurement ), to drive core systems through improvement and sustainable changes
Liaise with the SMEs to develop training plans for each of the key Applications to enhance the knowledge base across the Finance Domain
Identify System enhancements, including reports, setting system targets, preparing estimates and understanding actuals through critical analytics
Analyze, design and implement SAP ECC and S4 Hana system improvements through interaction with internal users and customers to understand and document system requirements to produce business requirements documents (BRDs)
Identify and support end users on system access and transactional issues
Support internal Teams during internal and external audits
Support business and IT teams on Month end, Quarter end and Year end activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in financial analyst roles.
• Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience & understand all Finance business process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
• Other : SAP certification in Finance, HANA4 , CPA
