DrBalcony is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to elevate our sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and championing our services to new and existing customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, property managers, and HOAs
- Conduct market analysis and provide clients with insights on property values, investment opportunities, and industry trends.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing strategies, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale in alignment with client objectives.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing concerns promptly.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices within real estate and multifamily sales.
- Work towards and contribute to the overall sales strategy of DrBalcony.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in multifamily supplier sales, HOAs, engineering, or compliance-related industries
- Proven Sales Track Record – Experienced in hitting and exceeding quotas in a high-performance sales role.
- Real Estate Expertise – Strong knowledge of local multifamily market trends and investment strategies.
- Negotiation & Communication – Skilled in closing deals, building relationships, and handling objections.
- CRM & Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and quick to adopt new sales tools.
- Analytical & Solution-Oriented – Ability to assess client needs and tailor investment solutions.
- Self-Starter & Goal-Driven – Proactive in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Team Player & Independent Worker – Can thrive in both collaborative and self-directed environments.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong multitasking skills to manage pipeline
