  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that align with Kixie’s business goals.
  • Define and maintain Kixie’s design system to ensure scalability and consistency across products.
  • Actively participate in design critiques, presenting work and incorporating feedback from peers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or similar digital products.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and methodologies, including low and high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research, synthesize data, and integrate findings into actionable designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working on the designs of CRM platforms or any data management software solutions is a HUGE plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • The opportunity to shape the future of sales engagement with a user-centered approach.
  • Pet-friendly office – finally a workplace where your pet can network too!

Pay Transparency:

The range for this position is $120k - $150k USD. We carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for a candidate, including location, skills, experience, and market demands. Employees may also be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, such as sales incentives, bonuses, and/or equity if applicable.
