About You

You have demonstrated digital business marketing experience developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition. You are creative and have a passion for content driven multi-channel marketing programs. As a digital marketer, you have a great understanding of the digital ads ecosystem and understand our target audience and the messaging required to engage digital ad buyers.


Responsibilities

  • In partnership with sales deliver our quarterly and annual acquisition revenue commitments.  
  • Manage overall demand generation and inbound strategy, web and content, programs, and digital channel budget to target key personas, verticals and segments.
  • You will own the creation and prioritization of integrated marketing activities to optimize marketing attributed sales. 
  • Partner closely with the global marketing team to execute the overall strategy to drive awareness of SmartNews ads solutions that fill the lead pipeline with potential advertisers. 
  • Work closely with our outbound acquisition marketing team lead, expanding our digital footprint, content velocity and outreach to drive awareness, demand and support for our outbound acquisition initiatives. 
  • Define a quarterly demand generation plan with key programs for both internal and external 3rd party options including digital channels and online or offline events.
  • Drive qualified business leads to our sales funnel via digital paid and organic channels.
  • Work with Sales, Product and other teams to deliver the most engaging and effective positioning and messaging framework for our prospects and customers.
  • Review marketing performance results regularly, define opportunities to improve performance, and provide strategic exec-level direction for marketing investment and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Experience in the digital ads ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing across different functions, for example, lead & demand generation, revenue & performance marketing, regional or global marketing, product marketing, or event marketing.
  • 5 + years of relevant business marketing experience in a digital ads or ads adjacent capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to go from strategy to execution and most importantly deliver
    impactful results.

Compensation range of $140,000~$200,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity.
