As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that support DrBalcony's business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies in alignment with business goals.
  • HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring DrBalcony's compliance with legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on the tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work on-site at DrBalcony's office on a daily basis.
