What we’re looking for:
TP-Link USA Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our product lines. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize the customer journey, maximize revenue growth, and strengthen TP-Link's market presence in the networking industry. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers across TP-Link's product portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into TP-Link's marketing strategy.
Requirements
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Experienced with paid Ad thru Facebook, google or similar platform, extensive hands on management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Benefits
Salary: $110K - $140K DOE with Bonus potential
