Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Rave Care is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitability and growth through strategic financial management and operational oversight. This individual will oversee all aspects of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Vice President, the Senior Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes, streamline operations, and ensure the financial health and growth of the department.
The Senior Director of Rave Care will be expected to interface with other departments to make business decisions, recommend priorities, generate schedules and develop solutions to resolve any issues. This individual ensures all customer accounts under their charge are following all internal company processes for best practices and execution excellence. In addition, the Senior Director is responsible for developing relationships that lead to repeat business and for assisting the Sales Team in acquiring new contracts. Responsibilities also include leading/aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes as well as coordinating the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the P&L for Rave Care, overseeing revenue, costs, and profitability targets.
- Monitor financial performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive leadership team.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses, identifying areas for improvement and working cross-functionally to implement solutions that drive financial efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to maximize profitability and support long-term growth in alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, proactively implementing measures to mitigate risk and capitalize on growth potential.
- Lead initiatives to optimize costs, including labor, materials, and operational expenses, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, product line, and engineering to streamline processes and achieve continuous improvement in cost control.
- Oversee and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for business activities, including turn-around times, customer satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and enhance overall productivity.
- Work closely with the operations team to develop and implement strategies to meet performance targets and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-added services.
- Act as a key member of the department leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Program Management roles
- 15+ years of experience working in a program management related financial capacity
- 10+ years of experience establishing, maintaining and fully owning budget, P&L, personnel management, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- 5+ years of experience working in a management/leadership capacity
- Direct personnel management experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and optimize processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $168,400 to $189,500 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level, skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
