We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with large datasets to extract actionable insights and build predictive models that will significantly impact our operations and strategy. (Our data is SUPER fun to work with, ever-changing conditions, PII fuzzy matching, you name it!) The ideal candidate is a sharp, curious, and analytical thinker with a strong background in data science and a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems -- You will be working with: Policy, Carrier, Click, Conversion, Marketing Data.

We are searching for someone to:

• Develop comprehensive data analyses and predictive models using Python, Matlab, or R.
• Create visually compelling and informative dashboards using Tableau/PowerBI/Dashboards
• Utilize AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch to enhance model capabilities.
• Engage with AI-driven tools, including ChatGPT, to innovate and optimize processes.
• We will provide any access to any AI tool or paid API dataset you need.
• Manage and analyze large datasets stored on AWS, using tools like QuickSight and S3 to drive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Continuously improve existing models and techniques to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python, Matlab, or R.
• Experienced with Tableau (or similar) for data visualization.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic about using ChatGPT and contributing to AI development and applications.
• Ability to work with cloud services, specifically AWS (QuickSight, S3, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• No specific degree required; we value skill and practical experience.
