Job Summary:
Cornerstone Engineering is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead its Civil Engineering division. This supervisory role involves managing a team of engineers, executing diverse projects, and contributing to business development by fostering client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and supervise junior engineers.
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and review deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Prepare technical studies and reports.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee project entitlements and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience: 10-15 years in Civil Engineering, with 5+ years in land development project management.
• Licensing: California PE license or ability to obtain it within a year.
• Skills: Strong client management and business development acumen.
• Software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
