Job Overview:
Yalent is on the lookout for highly driven and personable Senior Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our on-ground Business Development team. You’ll be the face of Yalent in the field, building strong relationships, and generating qualified leads for our B2B solutions. This role is all about expanding our client base and fueling business growth in a competitive market. If you’re a proactive business development professional who thrives on face-to-face client interactions and loves the hustle, we want you on our team!
This is an onsite position, with a minimum requirement of three days per week.
Requirements
Senior Business Development Representative, Responsibilities:
- Seek out new business opportunities by visiting potential clients on-site and effectively presenting Yalent’s services.
- Establish initial contact and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers by leveraging networking opportunities at industry events, utilizing LinkedIn for outreach, and engaging in meaningful conversations to promote Yalent’s offerings.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients through direct engagement, identifying their specific needs and aligning them with our solutions to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to scheduling meetings, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team for further engagement.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and business development activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients through direct engagement, identifying their specific needs and aligning them with our solutions to generate high-quality leads.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B business development and/or sales experience.
- Proven track record in on-ground client acquisition, ideally within HR Tech or related industries.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Thrives in a hands-on, field-based role, effectively representing Yalent in the marketplace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
