Senior Attorney - Global Franchising & Supply Network

Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Attorney to join a highly ranked firm in their Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice Group. This firm is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. As a Senior Attorney in their Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice Group, you will play a crucial role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, providing counseling and dispute resolution, and offering regulatory advice and counsel to both domestic and international clients involved in franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with additional expertise in international licensing or franchising.

This position is open to candidates who reside in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Washington D.C., Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, San Diego and Seattle.

Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide legal counsel on dispute resolution matters.
• Offer regulatory advice to clients involved in domestic and international transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the growth of our national practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a high level of academic achievement.
• Minimum of five years of experience in relevant legal practice.
• Law firm experience is highly desirable.
• Strong writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• Ambitious, driven, and team-oriented individual.
