Full Job Description

360 Degree Therapy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students. You will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, interpreting test results, and providing recommendations for interventions and support services. Additionally, you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Your expertise in behavioral and mental health will also contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for a highly professional and compassionate School Psychologist who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students.

We are currently seeking qualified *School Psychologists* for a position near Oakland, CA. This is a full-time position for the school year 2024 to 2025. The ideal candidate will possess active California State PPS credentials in School Psychology.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have: - A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field - Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist - Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting test results - Knowledge of special education laws and regulations - Familiarity with various assessment tools and intervention techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals - Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the well-being of students - Professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical guidelines Please note that this position requires collaboration with a diverse student population and may involve occasional travel to different school sites. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conducting in-person psycho-educational and possibly academic assessments
  • Developing and sending APs/follow-up
  • Monitoring caseload for assigned case managers
  • Assisting in drafting writing/developing IEPs
  • Monitoring and reviewing IEPs for compliance accuracy
  • Acting as admin designee for IEP meetings.
  • Providing ERMHS therapy and assessment

Qualifications and Skills
* A passion for working with pediatrics
* Masters Degree in Psychology
* Active California state School Psychologist license and PPS credentials.
* Ability to work with a collaborative team.
