School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist

As a School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our innovative educational and enrichment programs to prospective clients and new families. This is an opportunity to work with our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including building and maintaining relationships with new families through the registration and enrollment into the program.  Through phone calls, emails, and in-person tours, this role provides opportunities to support new families in their search for exceptional early childhood education.  Our School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist will stay up-to-date with our various program options, will execute sales strategies to meet and exceed campaign goals, and grow program enrollment.

Compensation: $28- $30/hr. Plus incentive bonuses

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales or enrollment & admissions experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus- a passion for education is a must!
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and keep CRM systems maintained and up to date
• Knowledge of public and private educational and enrichment programs
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
