Full Job Description
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP implementation projects, specifically in the role of Functional Lead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide recommendations for system design and configuration.
• Lead and participate in system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide guidance and support to the technical team throughout the development and implementation process.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption and optimal utilization of the SAP system.
• Identify areas for process improvement and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience: 10 Years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP.
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
