You'll be a key part of our "Happy Packing" culture, delivering top-tier customer service while achieving both individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador by building lasting customer relationships and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience. Stay informed on new arrivals, features, benefits, and pricing to provide up-to-date recommendations.
  • Motivate, coach, and inspire the team; own and  communicate  KPIs, identify performance opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve set goals. 
  • Lead by example by fostering a passion for sales, team selling, and client communication.
  • Stay energetic and positive while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Set the tone during manager-on-duty shifts to ensure a seamless customer and employee experience.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including accurate POS transactions (Shopify), inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling, timekeeping, meal, and break policies, proactively addressing any related issues.

What You'll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive retail experience.
  • Strong sales and service skills, ability to multitask, and handle cash transactions.
