High-Ticket Sales Professional at Influential Inc.
Job Description:
Influential Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our championship team. As a key member of our sales force, you will manage the entire sales process for our high-ticket brands. The industries vary. Your role will involve qualifying leads, understanding client needs, presenting our solutions, and converting prospects into satisfied customers while using our CRM's and Slack to communicate efficiently. This is a commission-based role. Real closers don't want base with a smaller commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
- Achieve and exceed set performance goals, including a 50% close rate (we have down sells)
- Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and client information in our CRM system
- Follow up persistently with prospects to ensure continuous engagement
- Collaborate with appointment setters and other team members to optimize the sales process
- Provide daily reports and share insights during team meetings
- Ensure high attendance rates for booked appointments

Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales or $1M in sales closed
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive
- Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
