Full Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist II is responsible for advising and supporting the external Sales Team and Program Office to include proposal management and development, field sales support, and the Sales Order Administration Process to ensure Customer Satisfaction is maintained. Both elements of this position require the ability to multi-task, interact with customers and to find creative solutions in real-time to problems and barriers. The Sales Operations Specialist II will be expected to perform in a lead role during the overall process; assisting and directing more junior personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals from RFP to final product
- Interface with the Sales Team to update and maintain the customer account database
- Represent the company to demonstrate and present the RAVE products to potential customers
- Advise Program Managers in the Sales Administration process; providing Equipment Parts Lists (EPLs) to Operations as well as continually monitor and improve upon a scalable process of receiving and managing Purchase Orders from the Customers – resolving all issues with the process in a timely manner so that Customer Satisfaction and On-Time Delivery are maintained
- Assist as required in the formulation of the weekly and monthly Sales and Operations Plan forecast
- Advise Program Management and Senior Executives on Order Administration issues that impact our Monthly Sales Plan and On-Time Delivery metrics, and provide project plan for solutions
- Continually monitor the delivery process and resolves issues in real-time that may impact On-Time Delivery
- Present to Airbus the Delivery Performance report and reconcile the problem areas to maintain a positive supplier rating with Airbus
- Perform in a Team Lead capacity for the Sales Operations process
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role
- A working understanding of the company’s products and systems
- Must be able to independently build a demonstration kit and troubleshoot in real-time
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $58,000 to $72,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
