About the Role:

The Sales Operations associate will work in partnership with the entire sales team to drive and support process and systems to ensure successful department execution. Qualified candidates should be ready to take on multiple tasks with deep aspiration to grow and develop their sales skills and the overall Harmless Harvest business. The ideal candidate is a team-player, willing to get their hands dirty, is passionate about CPG sales, and is a ready to join a fast-paced team! 

The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the sales organization with a vast variety of projects, reporting and customer support. This role provides a great introduction to consumer packaged good sales with the opportunity for personal development and increased responsibility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • In collaboration with marketing and cross functional teams, support new item submissions, account promotional submissions, promo calendar updates and updating of frequently used internal assets 
  • Portal & Data Management: IX1, 1WS, Distributor portals, etc.
  • Manage internal budgeting trackers for sales programs including Broker Commission Tracking and Calculations, Trade Shows, Coupons, Brokers and sales samples
  • Oversee sales sample shipments and help unload boxes of product shipments and put product away in basement 
  • Support Shopper Marketing initiative (Scheduling demos, Updating images, etc.)
  • Serve as liaison between sales team and marketing design requests
  • Lead in all aspects of trade show managements including set up & execution 
  • Utilize, analyze and distribute trend reporting for key partners and customers  
  • End to End Sales Coupon Creation and Coordination 
  • Manage and execute national cooler program  
  • Assist in other sales projects as needed 

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 Years experience in operations or associate level support
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage a budget
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Able to prioritize various tasks and work with accuracy and efficiency 
  • Team player, willing to jump in to assist the team where needed

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000*

*The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors incluing but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, relevant certifications, department equity, traning and organizational needs. Base pay is just one liece of the total rewards program offered by Harmless Harvest which includes comprehensive perks and health benefits.
